Position: Single Audit Specialist


Background:

Bob is a practicing Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Kentucky.  He has over 25 years of diversified public experience in governmental and non-profit auditing, financial consulting, benefits and retirement planning, tax preparation and tax planning.

Experience:

Bob has trained or assisted clients’ bookkeeping staff in routine accounting functions, completed engagements starting from data entry to financial statements and tax returns, prepared all levels of GAAP financial statements including audit opinions, developed a specialized reporting format to aid managers, owners and investors and given expert testimony on numerous occasions in court and by deposition.

Bob has also directed the audits of governmental entities, non-profit organizations, HUD financed low income housing projects, municipalities, county governments, and for profit entities. Other professional engagements completed by Bob have included: review services, compilation services, financial consulting and planning, preparation of tax returns, budgeting, and IRS representation.

Bob performs the single audit,GASB-34 implementation and fixed assets of our audits as required.
